Alice is in-charge of customer and public relations. The satisfaction of the schools and organizations we serve is her priority.  Her exceptional interpersonal skills and her knowledge of the industry allows her to build and cultivate strong and lasting relationships with them.

Languages have always been a great part of Alice’ life. Having extensively studied and taught different languages including English, French and Italian, she is adept with various language teaching methodologies. Her years of experience have given her a deep understanding of the rigors and demands of the language teaching industry.

Alice graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Asian Languages, Business and Cultures from the University of Bologna. Her passion for learning about other cultures has led her to pursuing further studies abroad. She learned Mandarin in Beijing and in Hong Kong. She earned her Master’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from Maîtrise Universitarie Pluridisciplinaire en Études Orientales in Geneva, Switzerland.

Apart from her love for languages, travel and culture, Alice is also an art and dance enthusiast. In her spare time, she loves reading and watching movies and documentaries.
