As the founder of the company, Cynthia provides strategic direction and supervises operations. Her vision is the driving force behind the group. A highly-motivated, committed and passionate English language expert, she has a proven track record in training various audiences – be they fellow teachers, students in the academe, etc.

Cynthia is a respected language certification expert. From 2014 until 2017 she was a certified oral examiner for NQAI-ACELS (Ireland). Presently, she is an oral examiner for Gatehouse Awards IESOL TIE exams (United Kingdom).

She has developed and supervised customized English language preparatory courses for PON projects and ESP courses concluding with Gatehouse Awards IESOL Test of Interactive English exams, Cambridge Assessment English Exams, or Trinity London College ISE - Integrated Skills in English exams.

She is a CELTA-certified teacher with over a decade’s worth of teaching experience. She has organized numerous conferences, workshops, camps and training sessions both in Italy and abroad. She has designed and implemented English language programs for learners across all ages, both in the public and private sectors.

With a career that spans over 20 years, Cynthia is a recognized authority in the English education industry in Italy. She has been invited as a speaker in countless national conferences on topics ranging from English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Certifications to Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL).

Cynthia graduated with a degree in International Political Science from Pace University in New York.

When she’s not working, she loves to cook for her family and discover new places with her children.
